family

I am the eldest of three girls. I have been married for almost 3 years to a wonderful man. We met when I was in high school.

sports

I am still a tomboy, never will grow out of it. My love of sports shapes a lot of how I look at life - competition. Ironically, my fave team is the Chicago Cubs.

goals

At the end of the day, I'd like to be working at a nonprofit org that works in a progressive way to help women & children better their lives. Whether it is by providing birth control & comprehensive sexuality classes; education & training equity; equal human rights; or something that I stumble upon. The short story is that I want to make this world better. Not because I think that it is bad, but because I believe that we can be better.
