Heath Ledger's death was ruled an accidental overdose.

“Mr. Heath Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine,” Ellen Borakove, a spokeswoman for the chief medical examiner, Dr. Charles S. Hirsch, said in a brief statement. “We have concluded that the manner of death is accident, resulting from the abuse of prescription medications.”

So very sad. Soooo very sad.

And I'm sorry that I jumped to conclusions when his death was first reported. I made assumptions based on Hollywood stars & their partying ways.

At first, I think, dang that's a lot of drugs! Then I remember how many pills I was popping last week when I had a head cold. Oy!

At least we have a conclusion to all of this and Ledger's family can move on into their healing.
