• + Cubs magic number is 4. This means that with 6 games to play, the Cubs need to win or the Brewers have to lose any combination that results in 4. Cubs win two, Brewers lose two. Cubs to playoffs! Of course, this is the Cubs and nothing is a given. Brewers have 4 games with St. Louis, which is iffy and 4 games with San Dee-ah-go. Cubs have 3 games with Cincinnati and 3 at Florida. Cinci has given us a lot of trouble this year. Again, not counting my playoff tickets until it's all done.
  
• - Speaking of which, I totally forgot to even attempt to get playoff tickets. Lame, eh? Too wrapped up in getting to the zoo yesterday. Not like I would have gotten in anyway.
  
• - Bears sucked ass last night. On NATIONAL TV too! Great, thanks guys.
  
• + Went to Saturday's Cubs game. AWESOME! I love Wrigley on any day, but in this playoff hunt, the vibe is intense. Miss Ella enjoyed it too, especially the peanuts.
  
• + I won my Fantasy League game last week beating the hubby AGAIN!
  
• - I lost this past weekend by 15 points to the hubbys BFF. ARGH. Meaning my Bears & I are both 1-2.
  
• + Before the Cubs game, one of the banks was handing out Ryne Sandberg face fans. He's sporting a pink cap and on the back says, "Real Men Wear Pink." Yes, it's all about breast cancer. He was at the game on Saturday too. WOOT!
  
• - Didn't do so well in pick 'em. I knew the Packers would win!! Damn it. And Amy picked up at least one game on me. Err....GO SAINTS!!
  
• + The Raiders won! Sure, I didn't take them in Pick 'em (I love the hubby, but it's the Raiders!) but it's ok as long as the hubby is happy.
