That's the Gmail Manager widget for Firefox. That allows geeks like me with more than one Gmail account to move back and forth between them with ease. EASE I tell ya.

You install.
You tell it which email accounts to check.
It tells you right there in the bottom right hand corner that you have mail in account 1, 2, or I have no idea what its max is. But it freakin' rawks.

A total time saver.
