The hubby woke me up to the news of the twins' death. I dunno why, maybe it's the hormones, maybe not, but I just wanted to cry when I heard the news. Maybe it was because they went into this knowing the risks, but so wanting separate lives and bodies that they were willing to take the slim odds. It could also be because they always seemed so damn happy at the press conferences. Smiling, giggling, you could see them dreaming about their future in their hand waves.

Kira's grandmother said that she wants to die empty. That or dying racing after a dream have to be the best ways to die.
